I do love a good BBQ, although I draw the line a buying and using one myself. Our friends are BBQ experts, with two BBQs and all the gear that goes with them! So an invite on a sunny day is not to be turned down.
Mr McC. takes his position at the BBQ very seriously, while Mrs McC. does all the essential preparation and accompaniments, but that’s the way it’s always been.
There are always mountains of food and endless liquid refreshments. A typical BBQ can start early afternoon and finish in the small hours the next day. I think you would agree, it's perfect way to spend a hot spring day!
